最近
「マンションを買いませんか？」
という営業の電話をもらう事が多い。一時期は落ち着いていたけど、また急に増えだした。季節ものなのかどうか分からないけど、ウンザリするぐらいに多い。「興味もやる気もありません」とこっちから言っても、何かと話を続けようとするのでいきなり電話を切る事が多い。あまりいい気分はしない対応だけど、僕には元手がないので、両者の時間の無駄遣いになるよりはいいかなと思っている。マンションを転がす事が本当に金になるかどうかは分からないけど、ああいう電話をもらってアポを取って、実際に買う人っているだろうか。
