ハッキリと
最近、通勤途中の住宅街の真ん中に設置されているATMを使うことが多い。出張所みたいになっていて機械が3台入っているんだけど、その建物中にオレオレ詐欺への注意を呼びかける手作りのチラシが所構わず張られていて非常に気持ちが悪い。手書きの毛筆で書かれていて、まるで呪いよけの札のような感じになっているので、被害にあった人が近くに住んでいるのだろう。
そして最近では被害者をATMの前から電話させ、金を振り込ませるという詐欺も横行している。そのためATMの半径何メートルは携帯が使えないような処置が施されている。振込みを多用する人から見れば迷惑以外の何者ではなく、特に仕事関係で支払いをしないといけない人はすごく困るんじゃないかと思う。長い列に並んでやっと自分の番が来たかと思ったら、振込み先の口座番号がわからず電話で聞こうにも聞けない。しかたなく外に出て正しい番号を電話で聞いてもまた長い列に並ばないといけない・・・、って言うこともありえる。これって何か間違っている気がする。つまり、「騙される人が基準になっている」って事がどうもおかしいと思うのだ。
実際に被害にあった人もいるし、大きな問題であるとは思うけど、もうここまで来たら騙される人が悪いとも言えるんじゃないか？。この事を誰も発言しないのがおかしいとも思うし。被害者を前にして
「それを言ってはいけない」
敵な雰囲気があると思うけど、ATMの近くで携帯電話を使えないようにしたり、一度に振込可能な金額を規制したりと、どうも考え方が逆な気がしてならない。でもまあ、この詐欺は老人などの弱者を狙っているし、「振りこめ詐欺の存在を知りながら」も振り込んでいる人がいるってことの方が問題かな。

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thank you!
