健康なときには
「あ、俺って健康！やったあ！」
なんて思わないわけで、失って初めてわかることが多いのが人生です。後悔せずに生きる事も極めて難しいことで、ほぼ無理なことでしょう。誰もが今を精一杯やっているつもりでいながら、後になれば
「もうちょっと行けたんじゃねえか？」
という自分に向けた猜疑心と付き合いながら日々を過ごすわけです。歳を取れば取るほどこの傾向は強く、32になりそうな僕も
「あの時もうちょっと・・」
という思いも2つ3つとあります。
その一つが健康であります。ガキの頃から好き嫌いを言わずになんでも食べ、10代の頃は何でも良いから運動をすれば良かった。今更ではありますが。
実は昨日起きた時から目眩があって、何でこんな日に！と自分自身に腹が立ったけど、実はその腹の状態がずっと悪いんだよね。胃腸の調子が悪いと頭痛と目眩がするのが僕の症状で、薬は飲んでるんだけどイマイチ効かないのか、それともストレスにさらされているのか、判断できない状態です。今は身体がまだ若いからいいんだけど、40代になる頃にはどうなっているのだろうか。50代に手が届くだろうか・・。長生き願望があるわけじゃないけど、生きるのなら健康が一番。

When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thanks!

Hello! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I'm getting sick and tired of Wordpress because I've had problems with hackers and I'm looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the structure of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
